Can from the lcbo. Touch of haze, orange pour, with a small white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, with some big pine resin. Nice mouthfeel, good carb. Finish is light to medium bitter, lots of pine resins, big malt base, well balanced but lacks punch. 15 years ago this might have Ben exciting today, it's old school, not bad, not great.

On-tap: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some light grainy notes. Taste is a mix of light grainy malt notes with some citrus notes and medium bitterness. Body is about average with medium carbonation. OKish IPA with some bitterness.

On tap at Batch, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairy herbal in the hop department, with some bready malt to back. Flavour is along the same lines, with herbal notes, an earthy character. Pretty weak and lacking hop vibrancy.

This Brutally hopped IPA poured a nice golden colour colour with a frothy white head. Medium lacing. Scents include grassy citrus hops and minimal malt. First swig was a pretty big dose of grass. Finish is weeds. Not the hoppiest beer I’ve ever had but too much for me.

Tap @ Batch. Clear golden. Light hoppy, citric, slightly bitter. More like an APA.

Slightly hazy, golden-orange colour with a big frothy off-white warm cap, good stay and some soapy lacing. Fruity nose at first with some oranges, grapefruits and tropical hints. Then, some yeast, caramel malts and spicy hops. The taste shows some cereal grains, spicy hops again with light citrus and grassy notes. It is quite easy to drink, not too bitter, still pretty hoppy on the fruity side but all around milder. Could probably pound of few of these.
