Tap at the brewhouse. The best of the trip. Good looker. Nice malt presence. Bright fresh hop. Absolutely chuggable. Nicest place we visited with the best food, too. Ace.

Bottle. Pours golden yellow - taste is grainy yet very clean. Great stuff, even though I’m not a huge kolsch fan.

Sehr helle, glasklare Farbe. Heller Schaum, nicht sehr viel davon. Blumige und fruchtige Nuancen in der Nase. Getreide und Frucht bestimmen zunächst geschmacklich. Etwas grüner Apfel, Zitronensaft und -schale und huschen kurz vorbei. Außerdem ist in Spuren die Hefe erschmeckbar. Eine deutlich hopfenbittere Note (die noch lange nachklingt) gesellt sich schnell dazu und bildet einen schön herben Gegenpart. Diese wirkt hauptsächlich frisch und grün / floral, hat aber auch ganz minimal gallige Anklänge. Dies zusammen mit der guten Carbonisierung machen das Bier angenehm crisp. Dieses Kölsch kann man durchaus auch Pilstrinkern ans Herz legen (blindverkostet würde ich das vermutlich sogar für das berühmte „Pilsner Urquell“ halten). Insgesamt ist das Bier sehr süffig und erfrischend und hat (für „nur“ 4,8 % Alk. und diesen Bierstil) durchaus auch eine gewisse Tiefe. Gefällt mir eigentlich ganz gut.

Bottle. In a beer pub in Helen, GA. Taste like a premium pilsner. Nice golden color. Hoppy aroma. Not much malt. Not as sweet as advertised. Overall just average.

Leicht malzbetontes Kölsch, dezent blumiges Aroma, schlank, deutliche Hopfenbittere im Abgang, sehr süffig. Insgesamt solide.

Old rating from 2016 - 500ml bottle, pours light golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of barley malt, sweet bread, grain & hops. Moderate body. Crisp refreshing finish

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grainy malt with soft grassy noble hops and a hint of fruits. Light to moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Surprisingly tasty Kölsch, nicely grainy and bitter.

Аромат солодовый в основе с медовой немного сладкой ноткой, но при этом есть хмелевая составляющая с травянистым вкусом. Цвет чкть темнее лагера, пенка средняя. Вкус тоже хороший, сразу хмель ощущается, но при этом гоячи сильной нету, все сбалансирвоанно достаточно. При глотке снова характер пива ощущается. Даже немного в травянистость уходит при глотке на секунды, а затем снова сладость, немного груши и меда на оттенке. В целом хорошо.
