Tap at ZBF 2009: This is the best of the three brews made of flowers, in this case the viola, its gave the brew its red colour and a sweet taste.

Pansy version in this series of flower beers, since 2009. Snow white head, light blonde colour with somewhat greenish hue, misty. Strong flower and honey aroma, caramel, gingerbread, cream, exotic fruits. Soft fruity taste, sweetish, lightly citrussy, honey-like malt sweetness, oily mouthfeel, apple, flowers, fairly low carbonation, finish aromatically hoppy. Interesting, but I guess you have to like a strongly perfumed aroma.

330ml bottle. Filmy golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet, slightly artificial floral and fruity aroma with an intense raspberry note. Taste is heavily sweet, sticky, floral, fruity, raspberry again, some citrus, sherbet. Way too sweet and slimy.

Very hazy gold beer. Massive fluffy white head. Floral nose. Palate is airy and mildly crisp. Crikey this is a sweet beer! Big sugary Parma Violet sweets. Minerals. Very sweet white flowers. Trace of citrus. Creamy malt. One super floral beer! Reminds me of Dogfish Head Savor Flowers. I like it but will be too sweet for most, their loss! Ha!

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, spices, malt, honey, and flowers, leading to a dry finish.
