330mL can, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a large white head. Aroma reveals a nice spicy Belgian yeast character, with gentle candi sugar, and doughy malt. Flavour follows as expected, with spicy Belgian yeast, doughy malt, bready notes, and a bit of esters. Really nice expression of the Belgian yeast, delicately balancing the subtleties of spice, bready malt and just enough residual sweetness. Very good.

Clear, brass-bronze-golden with a quickly-dissipating, white head.
Very fruity and I think some of that is still some hoppiness. Apple, pear, strawberry...with light cereal grain character, not a lot of malt clarity. No souring with light lemon zest and hints of honey and cracker on the end.
Holy crap, that's MUCH more intense in the mouth. Super rich, deep, sumptuous malts bordering too sweet, I dare say (but not quite). Lots of orange zest character from the hops, I guess. Fruity, moderately drying acidity and plentiful phenolics (lots of black/white pepper character on the finish). Don't know if I would identify this as De Dolle very easily, though I suppose that drying, peppery acidity with lots of biscuity malt should key me in. Reminds me mostly of a lighter Arabier and is quite nice. I think Ernest would like, not love, this. Great texture/carbonation.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy copper colored pour with a thin, fine white head. Bready, malty aroma with a helping of Belgian yeast. Taste is malty, rye, pumpernickel, light oranges. MIldy dry, really full feel. Smooth. A real treat.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, fruity yeast, funky, horse blanket notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast - begian yeast, funky, flowers, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210305]

33 cl bottle @ olio, BBE 10/2022 Aroma has ripe fruits, apricot and some grass. Also fruit candy and mild soapy tones. Foamy palate. Flavour is somewhat stingy with herbs, grass and . Leathery palate. Aroma was promising but flavour is too stuffy and bitter in a harsh way.
