Can from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent, dark ambery gold with a decent creamy white head that persisted. Aroma is floral/fruity with yeast/spice - light on the spice. Med body - soft and luscious. Flavor is yeast/spice/clove (definitely)/coriander. Malt is light toffee. Towards dry. Definitely bitter. Excellent and delicious. This sort of flavory ale is seldom seen by me in the USA. Go Belgium!

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of floral hops, fruity yeast esters, malt, orange, sweet herbs and wheat. Taste has orangy floral hops, fruity yeast esters, orange, herbal poperinge hop, wheat and citrus. Body is very full and rich. This is very flavorful for the style, as expected with Dolle of course. Very good blonde.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy dark golden with big white head. Crisp malts, citrus, spicy yeast, dough, gooseberries, dank weedy hops, bandaids, lemon. Medium sweet, bitter, light sour. Solid medium bodied. Very different, but also quite good.

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before October 2022. Hazy, orangeish amber with a large, slightly fluffy, stable, white head. A little sweetish, rather fruity-grassy, slightly floral and even a bit funky aroma of lemon peel, white pepper, hay and a touch of funk. Slightly sweet, fairly fruity-grassy, slightly floral, minimally funky taste of lemon peel, dried apricot, hay, white pepper and traces of funk, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry, minimally funky finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Lovely Pale Ale, unbelievably refreshing and crisp, perfectly carbonated which is not always the case with Dolle Brouwers. Very good!

Bottle. Etre. Hazed gold. Lacing and lasting, white head. Nose has fairly juicy citrus. Fruit loaf. Sweaty yeast. Taste has some sweetness. Turns a little dry, with some citrus hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Foamy carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish.
