Brewed with respect for the tradition of Belgian white beers. A slightly tart and ratherrounded flavour for a very thirst-quenching outcome !

29/II/24 - 33cl bottle from Horeca Expo 2023, shared @ home, BB: XII/2025 (2024-128)

Pretty clear yellow beer, big solid creamy bit irregular white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeasty, coriander, some banana, grains, wheat, dried orange peel, a bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very pleasant, floral start, gentle acidity, dried orange peel, some wheat. Aftertaste: bitter, oranges, a little spicy, some coriander, spicy touch, a little sweet, some banana peel, decent witbier but not fantastic.
