Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense, January twenty four. Pours Black with a small White head. Oats, milky sugar, licorice, coconut, coffee, Brown lagermands. Sweet. Warming alcohol. Cloying to most.

Ratebeer Odense First tasting of the year 2024. Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet liquorice, coconut and vanilla. Sweet, cloying liquorice and coconut flavour.

Pours a black, medium sized, creamy mocha head. Scent is full, roasty, sharp on the coconut. Taste is full, smooth, sweet, elegant balance of vanilla and coconut. Nothing overpowers. Clear roasty back. Not too boozy, nor too sweet (unlike many other Bruery stouts) , and not that thick or complex (as I came to expect from Moksa) . Yet better in balance, more interesting than I'm used to in Mikerphone stouts. Mild bitterness. Surprisingly 'normal' pastry stout, that is far more drinkable than I expected it to be. Nice !

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, coconut, vanilla and chocolate. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, caramel, chocolate, vanilla and coconut. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a deep brown black with a off white colored head. Aroma is bold coconut, vanilla, rich malts, light chocolate. Taste is rich roasted malts, fresh coconut, dark chocolates, just enough bitterness to allow that taste to linger strongly.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A thick black brown coloured pour with a lasting dark tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, big oily coconut, bounty bar, chocolate, some alochol. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown sugars, oily coconut, bounty bar, waming alcohol. Palate is medium sweet, chewy, fine carbonation. light soapy note. Good stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 31/10/21. Black with a decent tan covering that dissipates edgewards in time. Nose is dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel, dark malts, molasses, light roast. Taste comprises chocolate honeycomb, sweet malts, coffee bean, hazelnut, brown sugar melt, toffee fudge, vanilla. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Solid impy.

Ölprivning på Wilhemshill efter badet. Ja återigen levererar The Bruery kvalitet i absoluta högsta klass . Satans välintegrerade Imp stout där kokos , choklad , vanilj samsas likt bästa vänner . Ok varför inte högre betyg ? Jo lite torr bourbon eller nåt som bryter av behovs. Nu 13/3 hos Peter. ihop med annan The brewery från Bakery serien. Höjer idag betyget fron 4.1 till 4,4 .
