Leeds Beer Festival 2017. Dark, very palatable texture, has some good but not stated roasted malts with a liquorice aftertaste that lingers.

On cask at Coach and Horses, Dronfield - a bit light for a porter, easy on the nose and palate, and very drinkable. Missing the usual smoky notes and bitter aftertaste I’d expect, but still one I’d recommend.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/03/2011. Reddish brown with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, fruity aroma with some roasted malts. Flavour of earthy malts with red berry fruit and a dry finish. Fine.
