Bottle picked up and consumed at Bierkiste München, Wednesday 31st May 2023, sat outside, wonderful weather, just had a fabulous week with my dad and Pauline and just dropped them off at the airport, feel a bit sad. This is great, really enjoying this Helles, soft mouthfeel, a little sweetness, malty, fresh and a nice nose despite the guy behind me blowing his cigarette smoke my way, but I am not going to argue with him he's twice my size:-). There is a little bit of dryness towards the end, it's a lovely beer.

Bottle at home, 3rd March 23. Pours a light clear golden. Aroma of cereals, grass and hay. Taste is clean, grass, light mellow and some bitterness, simple, but quite nice

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark golden, fluffy head. Floral hops, tangerine, elderflower, hay, vanilla, stone fruit. Mild dry hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry bitter fruity floral finish. Really nice crafty Helles!

Flascherl (Gruß nach Garching!): Deep golden, hazy, small - but stable and creamy white head, pretty distinctive sweet-bitter pale-malty (…and not grainy at all!) and honeyish-bread-crusty nose, mild herbal-flowery background; moderate sweet and mildly bitter flavour, light bodied and very soft; malty and flowery finish. Chapeau! A great Helles…

Bottle, Bierkiste. Sparkly amber, low head. Aromatic citric and light apricot-like hop atomatics on a chewy malt base, ends on a jammy note and perfume retronasal, plesant.
