Ein spontangäriges Sauerbier, welches mit schwarzen Ribiseln, das eine Tiroler und eine australische Breierei brauten. Ein untypisches Getränk, das aber gerade an heißen Sommertagen hat das durchaus seine Berechtigung hat. So sind die sauer-fruchtigen wirklich gut erfrischend und erfreuen die ausgedorrte Zunge. Sicher kein Bier, das man oft und vil trinkt, aber als Erfrischung finde ich es es wirklich gut.

Bottle picked up from Bierkiste München, had this Tuesday 22nd December 2020 whilst listening to Craig Charles standing in for Steve Lamaq and watching Loz cook pies. Pours for the world looking like a strawberry smoothie, tangy, tart, zappy berries, dry, some jam, real zappy.

Taster at gfs courtesy of Sander, big thanks. purple / redish murky color, small pink head. smells berry notes, vanilla, marzipan, bit earthy. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of currant notes, berries, bit lactic, earthy, citric, grassy, peppery, some marzipan, bit jammy. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of berries, citric and jammy notes. very nice one, rather juicy, very good to drink. nice balance.

Bottle. Opaque purple color with white head. Aroma is ribisl, musty, topfen. Taste is the same, mineraly, some tannins to tickle your mucus. Adstringent in the good way, tasty.

Bottle, Bierkiste. Bright neon pink and purple body and head, fairly amazing. Coppery, dry berryskin aroma, baked goods, a hint bubblegum. Medium body, a hint chalk, mellow foamy, dry minerals. Berry cake feelings, good balance of tart to sweet, baking soda tannins, dry finish, good drinkability.
