Clear dark brown to black beer, big creamy solid beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very roasted, sourish impression, some vinegar, bit infected? Balsamic, wood notes, some tannins. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, vinegar acidity, good roast, pretty bitter, quite some tannins, little fruity, some raspberry jam. Aftertaste: bitter, roasted, coffee, pretty sourish, some raspberry jam, fruity, acidic, vinegar, more raspberry, little metallic, bitter, dry, finish, decent but a bit too sour for my taste.

Can from Geers. Hazy dark brown/dark red, small, pink head. Aroma of raspberry coulis, chocolate praliné with fruit liqueur filling, nougat, almond, clafoutis, sweet red wine. Taste has sweet-sour raspberry, maraschino & currants in a chocolatey body, covered with almond, low in toastiness through the middle. Ends earthy hoppy, gently so, with a woody accent, lingering tart red fruit, some tannins, some coffee powder. Hidden alcohol, hinting at praline's fruit liqueur. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Balanced and agreeable.

Premières versions cannettes de Minne qui continue à m'épater avec ces bières.
Brune foncée, col épais crémeux café au lait rosé, le tout très tenace.
Arôme est complexe avec une très belle note de framboise pour un fruité optimal qui se prête bien à la base maltée qui tend à offrir de belles effluves de chocolaté et léger café. Pointe funk en rétro avec un petit rappel houblonné sur les agrumes.
Palais est allie fortement bien le mélange de stout et de framboise. On retrouve le caractère malté caramel, chocolaté avec un fruité de framboise qui apporte de belles touches aigrelets et terreuses. Petite touche barrique de vin rouge et un côté finement tannique raisin qui tranche bien avec le fruité de la framboise. On en oublierait presque les houblons.
