Briek of krok, dit bockbier reed me denken aan lambic bieren. Wel een bocksmaak, maar wel fris en fruitig. Gekke combi, maar wel ok.

Aroma of malt, caramel, some sugar, earthy notes, a little coffee bitterness. Flavour is medium sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is on the thin side. A decent and drinkable Bock.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Cheap sweets and a hint of roast in the aroma. Soft roasty, malty sweet flavor with hints of citrus. Thinnish, somewhat fizzy but drinkable.

Malty and creamy dark bock beer. Good body, not too thick, not too thin. Some notes of roast, fruit and herbs.

Bottle shared at chrisoβs. Pours clear amber with a frothy off-white head. Bog sugary malt nose, heavy ripe fruits, berries, figs, plums. Medium sweet flavor with some earth, berry skins, dried and leathery fruits, berries, some earth, faint cocoa. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet finish with lots more dried fruits, toast, figs, prunes, leather. Solid.

Bottle thanks to ChrisO. It pours clear red-brown with a small light tan head. The nose is sweet, toffee, liquorice, rocky road, treacle and cough drops. The taste is sweet, caramel, treacle, aniseed, dark fruits, jam, warming alcohol, toast and mild acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. So-so.
