Fischer Tradition is a smooth, complex beer which is fruity and has some flowery undertones. Savour it as an aperatif or with cold meats, cheese and choucroute.

0,65. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Blonde on 19 Oct 2021 at 14:10 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5. Draft at L‘Ecurie. Gold with a white crown that soon fades. Aroma with hints of grains and metals. Taste is bitter but unpleasant, as though full of old, stale grains. Probably a good thing that the body was watery. Avoid.

8/X/17 - 65cl bottle @ Arno & Meggy's place - BB: VII/2018 (2017-1769) Thanks to my parents for the bottle!

Clear blond beer, irregular creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, bit fruity, sweet touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, bitter touch, bit metallic, some citrus, sweetish. Aftertaste: very malty, grains, cow fodder, pretty watery, bit of a metallic bitterness in the finish. Boring, but amongst other mass produced pale lagers, it's rather decent.

Bottle 65cl. Pours clear gold with small frothy white head. Low retention. The nose is sweet grains, fruit, spicy yeast. Medium body. Lively carbo. Light to mefium sweetness and yeasty spiciness form the whole taste including the ending. Low bitterness. They say it is a Biere de garde. I would believe that. Not bad but way too expensive
