Borefts 2018. Day 1. Sampled draft. Thank you for sharing! Black syrup. Nose is weird liquorice, herbal, bark, roots. Nose is bit much but taste works surprisingly well shares some similarities with their 9+1 but with some liquorice, raw dough, sugar, herbal, sweetish, sugar. Body is chocolate.

8 3 8 3 16Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18. Black with a ring beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, veggie notes, caramel and malt. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap. Black color with white head. Aroma is christmas spices, chocolate, light coffee, roast. Taste is christmas spices, chocolate, earthy. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. I am not a fan of Stollen, but I suppose it's well made.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Pitch black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee and some hazelnut. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty taste of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and some licorice, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
