(Draft at La Source Taproom, Brussels, 20 Sep 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of mango, pineapple, citrus and passionfruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Sample draft @ La Source.

Can. Pours a hazy, even cloudy muddy amber, little head. Aroma is very fruity, loads of citrus, especially lemon and lime, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Very zesty and fresh. Some pine. Medium body. Flavour is nicely malty with a nice grain bite and spice, slight sweetness, and medium, lovely bitterness. A lovely balance of bitterness and malt sweetness here, really enjoyable, and with some nice bitterness too! Lots of pine and citrus fruit, juicy orange, grapefruit and mango. Delicious! I really enjoyed this, juicy like a NEIPA but with a punch of bitterness, and a delicious hop profile. Especially citra and idaho7 really shine.

27/XII/20 - 33cl can from La Source webshop, shared @ home, BB: 14/IV/21 (2020-1161)
Very cloudy yellow to blond beige beer, solid creamy bit irregular dense white head, pretty stable, crackles down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: oh my, lovely stuff! Lots and lots of tropical fruits, very juicy, oranges, guava, papaya, dank hops, grapefruit, yuzu, a bit piny, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, resinous, quite the hop burn, dry, very dank, lots of diesel, some onion, little cheesy, love the mouth puckering bitterness of this one! Aftertaste: more of the same, very bitter, hoppy, resinous, almost medicinal, grapefruit pits, very bitter, dank, some marijuana, bit of hay, cow fodder, nice stuff!

33cl can, BB 14/04/2021, lot# P178-179.
