Pours a bitr unclear, small white head. Scent is full, elderflower. Complex lambic base (typical Bokke) . Taste is full, elderflower, giving a certain sweetness almost. Tart but very balanced back. Lovely blend, as always, even for me who doesn't particularly like elderflower.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy orange with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, earth, wood, floral. Medium body, funky, wood, earth, lingering dry finish, very nice.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very floral, super strong, lovely stuff. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very floral, earthy, soft bitterness, touch of honey, lots of elder flowers, bitter touch. Aftertaste: more flowers, juicy, floral, some honey, little oxidized, wood notes, tannins. Very intense one!

Bokke Bonanza! Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Klar, blekguldig med kritvit krona. Superfin fläderblomst det första som kommer i doften. Blandar sig snyggt med druvorna. Inledningsvis ganska intensiv och skarp ton som det lätt blir med fläder. Druvorna lägger nästan ytterligare ett lager på det med sin stramhet med mycket druvskal. Sammantaget blir det en kryddig och nästan pepprig ton. Lite svårdrucket, men gör sig väldigt väl efter en stund i glaset. Kanske också smaklökarna som acklimatiserar sig. Flädern slår av i avslutningen och ger en snabb övergång åt druvorna. Lite gula russin och vitvinstoner i eftersmaken. Svår att betygsätta. Långt ifrån lättdrucket men också väldigt moget och intressant.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Cloudy yellow. Oak, elderflower, barnyard, cobwebs, manure, citrus, lots of wine, sour, a bit of spicy bitterness, juicy. Great.
