Pours clear, amber. Small white head. Scent is spicy, very aromatic, gingerbread, licorice. Taste is intense on the acidic side, yet very clean and balanced. Pleasantly fruity, intense for sure but not over the top - the lambic isn't lost at all. The grapes give very much complexity and aromatic features, rather than to be recognizable as actual grapes. gingerbread keeps popping up, also in the aftertaste. Very unique and fun, for sure !

Apricots and grapes, never thought this would be my favorite bokke, dunno if it actually is but it's been so long it might as well be, damn good grape funk and apricot sweet funk, balanced PERFECTLY, damn masterpiece.

Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Klar, ljusguldig med vit krona. Pigg, frisk, stor syra där smakerna främst ligger på ytan. Tanniner, funk, fat, druvstjälkar och kanske främst en kryddig ton som jag inte alls väntade mig. Typ nejlika, lite kanel. En bit in kommer aprikosen fram, ligger lite längre ner i smakbilden och försvinner kanske lite i syran. Ger lite gula russin, men väldigt subtilt. Inte vad jag förväntade mig, och lite udda och spretig.

Bottle at home. Somewhat cloudy orange with white head. Loads of perfumy apricot, a little bit of green grape skin, touches of cinnamon as well. Vinous, yet very fruit forward. Magnificent blend.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Clear golden. Apricot, compote, spicy sangria, white wine, oak, barnyard, sour, some citrus, juicy, smooth. Really great.

Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. copper lightly hazy color, small white head. smells like spiced wine / glühwein, cinnamon, apricots, jammy, stone fruits, white grapes. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of apricot pits, stone fruits, juicy apricots, some grapes, some cinnamon, spices, cloves. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of apricot pits, cloves and glühwein. wow, this is super unique, very interesting, lovely blend and balance.

Taster, many thanks to Sander! Beautiful aroma of dense ripe jammy apricot, tangy white grapes, white wine, some wood. Tastes rich, quite similar, with the tangy, vinous notes more prominent. Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate sour, quite dry, vinous, very fruity, tangy, a bit wooden, with white grapes and apricot mainly. Delicious! Pretty intense with very distinctive apricot notes, especially in the nose, and characterful, tangy grapes. Really unique stuff, never had a fruit lambic with such a character, while the balance is perfect, drinks really smooth despite the intense character. Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17
