Cask. Malty aroma and taste, but has a weak texture that lets it down. Crisp.

Half a pint at the railway pub. Decent white head. Clear golden pour. Subtle hoppiness.

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Pours clear, shiny gold with a fine, foamy head. Sweet, doughy malt nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with some dry straw, doughy biscuits, and faint lemon tang. Light in body with fine carbonation. Mild sweetness to finish, lightly sticky with white sugar, some hay, light lemon and floral notes. Very basic.
