30th December 2020
Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light but really nice creamy sweet malts. Spot on. Three old school hops and one new graduate. Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe bring crisp piney citrus, smooth floral tangerine and mandarin. A juicier more intense citrus emerges from underneath. A sprinkling of peppy hop spice. Loral hops, well some mild herb if you are looking for it. Looking hard! Light finish. A pleasant floral soft piney citrus of a dipa that goes down very easy. No wow factor here, just solid drinkability.
