On tap at Borefts 2017. Dark brown colour lasting tan head lovely quadruple with good sweet sauternes flavour. Not woody. Just lively sweet orange flavour. Loved the sauternes character

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of red fruits, wood, red grapes, vinegar. Taste of red riped fruits, vanilla, oak.

Tap at Borefts 2017. Almost clear amber with beige head. Massive sweet malts, plums, milky grapes, dough, marzipan, sweet red wine, sweet raspberries, light alcohol. Quite sweet, light bitter and sour. Full bodied. Very nice but again a bit much.

Pours unclear redbrown. Small white head. Smell is intense, sauterne. Bit oak. Taste is intense , full, sauterne sweetness, creating white chocolate flavors. Very nice indeed !

25/06/2017 - tasting glass @ Swafff 2017. Copper colour with small tanned head. Nose is sweet, caramel, chocolate. Taste is creamy, I say CREAMY, sweet, caramel, chocolate, cookies, sweet wine touch, I still prefer the Banyuls over this one but damn, this one great too adding the sweet one touch touch and and insane creaminess too the base beer.
