Bottle pour at Side Project line. Repeated as 500 ml bottle, shared with Luka, Hrvoje and Miro. Black with beige head. Chocolate and bourbon, barrel, more bourbon, still nice after all these years. A great straightforward bourbon beer.

Dark brown. No head. Shit, that aroma is fantastic. Light toffee, mellow chocolate, rich syrup, light hazelnut, and gorgeous bourbon. On the palate, strong barrel char, blending with rich date syrup, again a bit of nuttiness, mild chocolate. Strong, refined, length for days. This is fucking great. Crazy,

500mL bottle, pours black, almost no head. Nose is exquisite, with intense wood, tons of char, deep bourbon barrels, and moderate roast underneath. Flavour is full of intense char, wood, bourbon barrels, and moderate roast. So much char and wood – the barrels sure have done this wonders. Finishes with pretty low sweetness and hides the booze really well.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2019 vintage). Very dark brown with very minimal off white head. Nutty charred old woody barrel upfront, soft bourbon heat underlay, nice body, verges on too much char, but very nice.

Bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet molasses chocolate roast malts coffee bourbon barrel vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla coffee bourbon barrel molasses.

Bottle @ Sir Alex Share, Hometurff, Næsby. Pours deep Black with a small White head. Madness. Roasted, Woody, vanilla and coffee. Super slick and smooth. Overly tasty. Complex and long linger. No fucking adjuncts - just a masterpiece.

Bottle at Goose Island Fulton. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong bourbon, licorice, brownie batter, molasses, oak. Slick body, chocolate, molasses, bourbon, wood, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
0,5 litre bottle( as 2021 Vintage) at a share in Oslo. Dark brown with little head. Roasted malts, oak, barrel, bourbon, Smooth!
Split 3 ways thanks Chris. Aroma is oak, char, bourbon, nice dark fruit flavors. Taste is delicious, smooth, thick, long legs. Tons of flavor that changes as it warms. So good.
