White Bie leaves no one cold, although it likes to be served cold. With her hazy white veil and her snow-white appearance, she enchants everyone who loves white wheat beer. Due to its subtle mixture of fruit and herbs, it spreads a wonderful aroma that no one can resist. So let yourself go!

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty and minimally fruity hoppy as well as minimally floral aroma, a touch of orange, whiffs of chamomile. Taste is minimally bready, wheaty malty, slightly fruity and floral, mildly bitter hoppy, diluted hints of orange, chamomile, petals.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, coarse, prickly carbonation.
Watery, overcarbonated - not convincing.

Bottle from Geers.
A: clear golden, stable, foamy, white head.
A: unripe banana, yellow apple, lemon peel, wheat.
T: sourish lemon, yellow apple, spicy coriander, wheat.
F: bitter grassy hops, coriander, soap.
P: light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Okayish for a simple Witbier but texture spoils a lot for me.

9/IV/23 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ holiday home (France), BB: 10/VI/26, lot: 11 (2023-313)
Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of banana, a sweet impression, wheat, a bit spicy, a little oxidized. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: slightly sourish start, a bit lemony, soft bitterness, spicy, a bit yeasty. Aftertaste: spicy, lots of coriander, gentle bitterness, a bit watery, ok but not really good.

Helder lichtgeel bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht fruitig. Heeft een heel zachte en weinig uitgesproken smaak.
