Etwas frische und vergorene Früchte, etwas Getreide. Leicht alkoholige Note (was bei nur 5 % Alk verwundert). Leicht sämige Konsistenz, trotz eher wenig Substanz. Dadurch sehr süffig. Sehr gut: Die Rohstoffe stammen aus ökologischem Landbau. Sehr ordentlich. Eines der besseren Bio-Weizen, die ich bisher probiert habe.

0.5 l bottle from 'Flaschenfreund', best before October 2018. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of clove, banana, chalk and some pear. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, a little sourish, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of banana, cloves, pear and wheat, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart, quite yeasty-spicy and dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Weizen, highly quaffable and thirst-quenching.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Hazy golden. Aroma of wheat, banana, bubblegum, yeast. Sweetish flavor with yeast, fruity esters, wheat, bread, citric hint, light spicy note. Medium-bodied. A nice Weizen, pleasant and easy-drinking.

Pours gold from the bottle, lightly hazy, with a white sudsy head that lingers. Aroma is banana and new tennis shoe. Taste is banana sweet with hints of spice, but overall kind of empty. Finishes watery. Body is fairly light, and there is a pleasingly well balanced level of carbonation. Absolutely inoffensive, refreshing, boring on its own. Would go well with a wide variety of food.

Cloudy, amber colored, strong white creamy lasting head. Aroma is wheat, less banana bread more clove, spicy, bit acidy. Taste is low to moderate sweet, wheat, some caramel, spice, strong cloves, banana bready finish, some low+ citric acidity, some herbal low+ bitterness. Medium to low bodied, moderate+ carbonation.
