An 18ct gold, golden ale with subtle yet fragrant hop aromas, a moreish gentle sweetness and an almost citrus like pleasant bitter finish. Brewed using the finest English Maris Otter malts and choicest Fuggles, Golden Glow is a thirst quenchingly refreshing beer.

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280717

500ml bottle from Moonshine & Fuggles beer shop, Ironbridge. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of citrus, grassy hop. Flavour is malt, grain, straw, hay and some citrusy bitterness. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK.

Cask. Clear golden color. Aroma of sweet hay. Taste has bittersweet straw. Light body.

Cask @ The Salopian, Shrewsbury. It actually does have a kind of golden glow. Smooth caramel flavours, a faint air of citrus, easily quaffable, not a bad drop.

Cask at The Great Western during the RateBeer Black Country Bus Bash. Pours clear gold with a light, creamy white head. Sweet, doughy malt character with accents of sugary citrus and light hay, orange. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with bready malts, light dough and orange citrus. OK.

Cask at the Great Western, Wolverhampton. Black country beer bash. Golden colour with a persistent white head. Honey nutty malt aroma. Lightly carbed. Slightly grassy grass. some oxidised.

Black Country Beano. Cask in the Great Western. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Light palate, semi dry with fine carbonation. Mild marmalade hops. Light sweet malt. Light floral touch. Finishes dry with a marmalade bitter aftertaste. Third beer in the same pub that looks and tastes like a Golden, but says on RB it’s a bitter!
