Tap at Malt Worm. Medium body, medium carbonation. Medium sweetness with assertive diacetyl, medium bitterness. Moderate caramelly biscuity maltiness, moderate cinnamon, nutmeg spiciness. Works well together, feels festive, small glass is enough though.

# 2651; 11/2021. Strong aroma of spices, Bohemian gingerbread, star anise, cloves. Hazy amber body, off-white head. Spicy, clovy, sweet, malty, sugar. Very good spicy beer. 0,7 l, bottle, brewpub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, gold to brown colored. AROMA- really gingerbread, cinnamon, clove, star anise... FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, bitter and tart from spices rather than hops, sour berries, apricot and lots and lots of spices... Medium bodied. Very tasty.

0.75l at Vršovická Galerie Piva. Hazy dark amber. Daaark amber, very slightly hazy, off white head. Cinnamon, nutmeg, gum, light caramel, quite pleasant, slightly caramelly, Speculaas really. Soft taste, with the spice combo giving even a soft milk chocolate touch, this has ginger, cloves, nutmeg, fair bit of nutmeg. cinnamon, allegedly other things, but those I get, with some anise-like touches in the finish. Lean maltiness. Lactose is used I see, I actually can imagine why, pretty dry / drying from the spices. Tasty! The finish is a bit on the drier side, but this is a wholly pleasant spice ale!

Bottle from Pivný raj Oh yes, liquid ginger, badian, anise something. Maybe way too much of spiciness. But good let's say.
