Our original 13°P pilsner. Traditional two-step decoction mash process using Czech noble hops and floor malted pilsner malt is complemented by an unusual twist – premium Maris Otter malt that just accentuates refined light body topped by crisp bitter finish.

Can at home. Pours a surprisingly pale golden (well, for a MO base at least) and white head. Nose is pale malts, bread and grains with a herbal, grassy hoppy character. Taste is moderately sweet upfront, but then it turns hoppy, showing lots of herbal character but also some grass as well and maybe hints of floral notes too. Closes with a somewhat bitter, dry and herbal finish, has a light, crisp body and average to high carbonation. It had an unexected amount of herbal hoppy character to it, which in turn worked very well, so no complaints at all.

Tap at Bombovar. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, low sweetness, assertive butter, basic general bready maltiness. Overall average at best. Plain though, watery.

On tap at Skaal, CPH. Hazy pale golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma of bread and fresh grain, with spicy hops and a hint of citrus.

Canned 500ml. -Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, dusty grassy nose. Grassy, light citrusy, dusty herbal and touch of metal in the finish. Not so good.

500ml Can - Golden with a foamy head. Subtle yet noticeable hints of citrus and tea in the aroma. Citrussy and grassy taste with a very slight sweetness and notes of aniseed and tea.

Can 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- noble hops, Saaz especially, pale malts, touch of yeast. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malty, noble hops. Medium bodied. Very good.
