The beer is brewed from Pilsner and wheat malt, raspberries, hip, coriander, hop and a bit of salt. It is therefore a raspberry gose with hip. This beer is very refreshing, slightly sour, you can feel the raspberries in the aroma as well as when you drink it. All this makes for a very rounded full taste enhanced by sea salt. Drinkability: Extremely high!

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, reddish colored. AROMA- raspberry, salt, sour fermented tones. FLAVOR- moderately sour, neutral, raspberry, water, salt. Medium bodied. Pretty average.

Can via Zil verne. Thin body, high carbonation. Moderate sourness, clean lacto without any funk. Med-light raspberry flavour. Clean, refreshing, pretty good.

Bottle. Pinkish color with huge white head. Aroma of raspberries, coriander, rosehip. Fruity taste, with raspberries, rosehip, coriander, fair share of salt. Surprisingly good, gentle gose.

Tap at Diego. Murky pink body with a pinkish white head. Cheesy lacto and light raspberries in the aroma. Cheesy soft taste, lactic acid, very light raspberry. Empty taste, kinda juicy and fresh, refreshing, summery, but way too light and empty flavor-wise. Not terrible, but when it comes from a name as (once-)great as Matuška, one would expect more than just a run of the mill take at the style that may well have come from any brewery in the country.
