The beer the craft world needs, not the one it deserves. We took the recipe from one of our most recent beloved beers, doubled it, and made a DIPA that would give even The Caped Crusader a run for their Money.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a murky brown yellow with a white frothy heads. Aroma is fruity, tropical, citrus, vanilla. Taste is tropical, grapefruit, very bitter.

27/12/2020. Can shared virtually at the post-Christmas Tears For Tier 4 beer share. From danlo, cheers! Pours cloudy mustard yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of mango, pineapple, peach, pine. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation.

440ml can from Premier Hop. Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of tropical fruit, mango, citrus, dank hop. Taste is sweetish, fruity, malt caramel, tropical, mango, citrusy, pine, with hop resiny bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry dank hoppy bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Can from Eltham Wines. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Breakfast juice, mango, pineapple, papaya, peach aromas. Nice nose. Taste is corn, bitter hops, kiwi fruit, yellow melon. Bittersweet fruit in the mouthfeel. Sharp hoppy bitter finish. Very good.
