This APA is one of By The River Brew Co.'s once brewed specials and it's an honour to have it here on our beer store. It's a homage to the OG American Pale Ale Style. Zero dry hop on the cold side but with maximum whirlpool additions of Citra BBC and Mosaic BBC that bring layers of fresh juicy fruits and a dry floral finish.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Light haze on a medium gold. Thin, froth of white. Nose has clean malts, that come across a bit Pilsner like. Ripe grapefruit. A bit of the old dank and piny. Old school vibe. Taste has a decent punchy bitterness. Some malty sweetness on the lips. Clean mouthfeel. Fine carbonation. More bitterness to finish. Good. A change from all the joose.
