500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - special thanks for yet another ship label!]. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and floral, minimally fruity, hoppy as well as biscuity, pale malty aroma, hints of lemon, a touch of gooseberry, lemon biscuit, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is dry, citrusy, slightly floral and fruity hoppy, biscuity, pale malty basis with little residual sweetness, notes of lemon, lemon peel, some gooseberry. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Quite hoppy, refreshing, drinkable - nice.

500ml bottle conditioned, from Beers of Europe: BB Jul 2021. Drank at home on 15th Jan 2021, poured into a tall pint glass from the 8 Sail Brewery. Mini-haze from the sediment in the golden body, thin white crown that soon became a wisp and collar. Citrus and hoppy beer, both aroma and taste wise. Pretty bitter, especially in the finish as your mouth dries.

18/11/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Bit of a gusher. Pours slightly hazy straw gold with a modest off-white head. Aroma is flowery, citrus, passion fruit, lime, unripened mango, touch of white wine. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with a slight spicy tart edge. Moderate body, watery oily texture, soft carbonation. Light tart fruity finish. Nice hop combo, one of the more enjoyable 8 Sail beers I've had.
