Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a pinkish golden with white head that dissipated fast. Aroma is earthy, apples, beetroot. Taste is sweet, beetroot, fruity apples, carbonated, lingers around the edges of the palate.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of beetroot, funky, earthy, apple. Taste is vegetal, earthy, sweet, beetroot, some mellow apple, and hints of gerkin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry spicy beetroot at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample thanks to Grumbo. Hazed pink appearance. Earthy beetroot nose, lightly sweet. Thin, almost watery body, moderate carbonation, with earthy beetroot coming to the fore alongside some dry apple fruit, medium sweetness. Not massively convinced beetroot works in cider but it's interesting to try.

1/11/2020. Bottle from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Pours slightly hazy pale golden pink with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is earthy, sweet beetroot, apple, with slight pickle vinegar. Medium sweetness and light citric sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, quite carbonated. Quite likeable, enjoyed the beetroot element though was too fizzy.

Bottle from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Low key but sweet apple peel aroma. Crystal clear pinky-peach in colour. Very fizzy - the bubbles are hitting me on my nose. No head. Light-medium sour with a not overly sweet streak. Not getting beetroot, perhaps it takes the edge off the apple. Light bodied. Slick if thin. Fizzy carbonation. Dry if abrupt finish.
