Can at home in Hackney - sourced from All Good Beer HD. Pours just slightly hazed yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Light to medium sweet with nice doughy biscuits, subtle grassy bitterness, pale grains, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent finish, more pale bread, biscuits, dough, hay, grass. Highly drinkable stuff.

Can from Left Field Beer, Solihull. Malty biscuity aroma with an earthy slightly citrus edge. Copper gold. Foamy translucent white head. Initial bitterness reaches a peak which flows through. Tangy citrus edge. Underlying hints of sweet malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Perhaps not a traditional Kòlsch based on my limited experience. More of an India Kolsch. However I was trepidatious that I would not be keen as I am mot a big fan of.lagers but this slipped down pleasantly.
