ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium golden amber - orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, intense apple, alcohol, caramelized apple, rich. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, apple, intense, wood, oak, apple skin, apple pie - caramelized apple, dry. Body is medium to full, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20201205]
