440ml can from Misty Bottle, Isle of Skye - deep amber body, no head. Light piney start, some fruity hops, a bit of tropical fruit there as well.

500ml bottle from The Misty Bottle, IoS. It pours clear deep amber with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, sappy, oily, resinous, toffee, bake goods, biscuit and some orange marmalade. The taste is slick, oily ,resinous, some grassy bitterness, woody, sappy, digestive biscuits, brown bread, orange marmalade, grapefruit and some peppery spice with a drying, bitter woody linger. Medium body and soft carbonation. I actually rather liked it. Good old-school Scottish hoppy strong ale.

Panda thanks to Shig, split at the big lockdown Watford tasting, 02/10/20. Lightly hazed golden orange with an off white cap that escapes edgeward. Nose is light citric zest, grass, melon, airy malts. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, citric tinged straw, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with modest hop bitterness. Passable pale affair.

26/9/2020. Bottle shared with / courtesy of SHIG. Cheers! 5.7% abv. Pours cloudy/murky dull orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, butter, tropical fruit and a touch of rubber. Moderate sweetness and earthy bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Alcohol finish which was ok. Tasted much better than it looked/smelled.
