3/9/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is mucky, woody, leather, fleshy apple, winey, vanilla, caramel, hint of radish and old wellies. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Drying and earthy to finish. Complex. Enjoyed this.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, mucky funk, wood barrel. Taste is tangy, orchardy apple, whisky barrel notes, vanilla, woody oak, earthy, funky, fruity and with drying astringent tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry spicy tannic finish. Very drinkable.
