Drank on the elevated terrace overlooking the river and countryside at the beautiful Inn At Whitewell in Lancashire. Floral-bready-hoppy brew. Decent head. Easy enough strength. Some bitterness.

Bottle thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with lots of carbonation. Aroma is soured grain. Taste is nice refreshing grain, light bitter and toffee mix.

25/7/2020. Bottle from Beer Cockermouth (beergb.com), and shared with the SHIG at our second Cumbrian bottle share. Pours clear very pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, grain, slight sour notes and a little apple. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, watery texture average carbonation. Least appealing of the Tirril's shared.

500ml bottle from beergb. Gluten Free. Clear golden amber colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of malt, grains, metallic hop. Taste is malt, grainy, alittle biscuit, with some fruity hop bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry metallic bitter finish. Quite OK

Bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - lemon and herbs. A bit weird. Taste - dry lemon, herb, slightetallic note. Palate - light bodied, dry but weirdly lacking bitterness. Overall - a bit weird. Probably the least good I've had from Tirril.
