Our version of cold brew coffee, this stout is incredibly smooth and chocolatey with an added zip from our own blend of coffee beans.

Brewed with roasted barley and chocolate malt for a luxurious depth of flavour, we’ve packed our hop rocket full of coffee beans for a “wake up and smell the coffee” type boost.

Can from Tick Beer. Pours a dark brown to near black. Big coffee bean aroma with some roastiness and dark berry. Taste of coffee, chocolate, roasty, a bit dusty, some berries. Medium bodied, slick. Decent stout.

440ml can as part of a delivery from the brewery. Dark brown and a little bit translucent with a short-lived khaki head. Instant coffee, some chocolate, papery notes, a tiny bit of soy in the aroma. Sweet taste, followed by some coffee-ish bitterness in the medicinal finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. It's not bad.

11/9/2021. Can shared at the Vojens GP beer share. Bought direct from the brewery. Pours black with a frothy beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruits. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite fizzy. Good but the fizz spoiled it a little.

Keg at Wishful Drinking, Rickmansworth, Herts. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, coffee, chocolate aroma and taste. A pleasant, easy drinking coffee stout.
