Slight gushing to small but stable cream-coloured head over hazy orangey amber beer. Bit nutty, sweetish. Oxydated aroma (well within BBd), not quite buttery. Bitterish, felt, nutty, husks, black cardamome. Light oxydation, not disturbing. Light body with a certain slickness. Felt in the flavour prolongues in a velvety MF. Well carbonated. Not bad, intruiging taste profile, but there is some oxydation. Txs to Joren and friends for bringing!

A red copper ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, light caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, caramel malt with light grassy hops, light fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at Phuket old town.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours clear dark amber brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is very malty, muscovado sugars, caramel, biscuit. Medium sweetness and bitterness. moderate body, oily and watery, average carbonation. Malty and slightly worty to finish. Looked great, otherwise ok.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, caramelized malt, caramel, sweet malt, malty, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and has a sweet caramel finish.
