Snicket is zesty & vibrant, dry yet fruity naturally sparkling cider with smokey lemon sherbets on the tongue. It is unfiltered & unfined so contains a natural sediment -gently incorporate this into the cider.

Snicket is the perfect accompaniment to fish & chips and other similarly oily food.

It is lively so chill well & open carefully

75cl bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph on a wet Monday October evening. Misty golden yellow. Aroma is gently sweet apple juice. Fine carbonation. Yes, I suppose there is some light lemon sherbet notes as per the description though they are quite delicate. Lemon cheesecake is a bit of a stretch. Crisp apple skins, soft lemon zest, citric moments. Nice sparkling pet nat cider overall.

4/6/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of moderately tart green apples, apple skin, citrus, a light funky edge and a touch of wood. Light sweetness and moderate sour. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nice crisp and tart finish.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, flora hints, some barnyard funk. Taste is tangy, tart, fleshy apple, fruity, yogurty, creamy, caramel note, orchardy, citric, pineapple with alittle barnyard funk and some tannin. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric finish. Very drinkable
