50cl Fles van Eden Project. Heb het woord lactose niet op het etiket zien staan, dit is volgens mij gewoon een Dry Stout. Hoe dan ook, bijna zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Chocolade, koffie, gebrande mout, romig, droog, bitter. Lichte body. Prima spul.

Bottle at glamping site Devon picked up from the brewery. A dark brown black coloured pour with a lasting fine mid tan head. Aroma is rich black malts, treacle, liquorice, char, burnt sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, dry dark roast, liquorice, black sugars, robust farmyard roast, hint of coconut. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Good robust stout.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - matt black with a slightly off white head. Nose - creamy milk chocolate. A hint of hazelnut. Taste - creamy chocolate with loads of hazelnuts this time. Palate - creamy and light to medium bodied. A wee bit thin but that helps it to be cleaner on the finish. Overall - good.
