A dark beer with a potent hit of chilli and undertones of chocolate on top of a roasted malt base.

500ml bottle purchased from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. The pour is very dark brown, almost black, with a small ring of beige head. Liquorice, plum, soy sauce and some balsamic vinegar in the aroma. Sweet taste with a light sour vinegary note and some warming chili. Full body for the ABV with light carbonation. I didn't care for it, not sure it's as its supposed to be.

Many thanks for this full body Dark Ale to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Otwarte przy dzwiekach utworu Money z plyty Dark Side of the moon.

9/4/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers! Pours mid-brown with a small beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, moderate roasted malt, caramel, vanilla and a touch of chilli pepper. Medium sweetness with light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very light touch of chilli to taste. Wasn't a potent hit as described, and its subtlety made it better as a result. Enjoyed this. My highest rated 8 Sail beer.

Bottle: Poured a deep black with a thin whispery beige color head. Aroma is roasted malts and chocolate. Taste is forward roasty malts, subsides to chocolate and spice/heat from chilies.Finish is more mix of that silky chocolate and peppery spice.
