Third, cask at Head Of Steam, shared with Finn. Nitro creamy white head, upper part lacing, misty golden body. Moderate grainy fruits on the nose. Mixed taste character of citrus and bread-like malts. Hints of spices to a mild fruity end. Fair enough. (Durham 29.01.2020).

Sample thanks to Rasmus and Saxo: Poured a coppery with white bubbles. Aroma cardboard fermented. Taste is soagy cardboard malts thin.

15/2/2020. Cask at the Head of Steam, Newcastle, sample courtesy of saxo & Rasmus40. Poured clear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet malt, fruit, grain and citrus. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Watery, with a cardboard finish.

Cask @ Head of Steam, Newcastle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, citrus, little grass and has a sweet fruity light bitter finish.

Cask at Head of Steam, Newcastle. Golden colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of malt, grain, citric. Taste is malt, grain, biscuit, citrus note with metallic bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry cardboardy bitter finish. OK
