[ As Brass Castle Starlight ].
ABV: 3.6%. Unclear - hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, old hops, earthy hops, dry, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200125]

Cask at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Bars. Shared with Finn. Filmy lager, fair lacing, hazy golden body. Subdued grassy nose. Semi-dry taste of grass and oily hops. Welcome bitter ending. Fair enough. (22.01.2020).

Cask at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival: Poured a golden to hazy with white bubbles. Aroma is perfume hops. Taste is bitter hops and nice grain.

Cask at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrus hop. Taste is malt caramel, biscuit with citrus hop bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry citric bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dark gold with no head. Aroma of hop, citrus, flowers and grass. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.
