BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Yellow gold colour, a few bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is fruity, tangy apple, some tart acidity and slight funk hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
