A blend of 2018 Black Dabinett and two unidentified varieties of local orchard-grown apples fermented on oak chips and dry-hopped with chinook, with a 2019 local apple & watermelon co-fermentation, back sweetened with juice from a 2019 pressing of local apples from people's gardens and allotments.
Incredibly light and approachable with a gentle sweetness. There is a floral oak aroma, giving way quickly to a delicate apple flavour.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Golde colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of watermelon. Taste is tart, apple, with fruity watermelon notes. Light bodied, low carbonation, drying tart finish. Quite OK
