Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours black with a creamy, brown head. Very sturdy, quite sweet, but followed quickly with strong ashy bitterness, hard roast, black coffee, charred toffee. Medium to full bodied, oily, with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Finishes with more aggressive roast, earthy bitterness, alcohol warmth, baking cocoa and espresso. Not bad.
