A unique interpretation of an IPA that unites the hop flavour of a West Coast style with the crisp, clean finish of a Sour Beer. This Sour IPA, dry-hopped with Columbus, Cryo Amarillo, and Cryo Simcoe delivers an aromatic blend of zesty grapefruit, lemon and pine, playing off a tangy, tart, acidic bite. Our newest style, Number 75, is a thirst-quenching, exploratory, modern Sour IPA.

13/XI/19 - 44cl can from a trade, shared @ Zytholoogopleiding (Asse), BB: 12/I/20, canned: 12/VIII/19, batch: 0521 - (2019-1823) Thanks to ElManana for the trade!
Clear orange beer, big fizzy irregular crackling off-white head, little stable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of zesty orange peel, citrus notes, some grapefruit, some candy, caramel, little funky, acidic, floral, almost soapy, canned pineapple, passion fruits, candy. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, thatโs for sure! Lemony, pretty bitter, grapefruit notes, soft acidity, more grapefruit, passion fruit. Aftertaste: acidic, dry, little malty, wheat acidity? Orange juice, slightly oxidized.

Keg at the brewery taproom - Bermondsey. Pours crystal clear pale gold with a tight, creamy white head. Nice relaxed tart citrus character, nips of lemon, pine, mild acidity. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly quenching finish, more citric tang. Well and solid.
