Arôme est frais houblonné herbacé et pointe de terreux, léger fruité en rétro-nasal, le tout agrémenté par une bonne note de lager - américain qui ici éloigne de l'approche classique allemande. Je retrouve plus ce volet très pre-prohibition pils.
Palais est bien sur une approche classique lager mais avec ce soupçon très américain - un peu effet maïs, sec, herbacé en fin de bouche.

A pale blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, OK. On tap at Vices et Versa.

On tap at Vices & Versa, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crunchy grassy hops, bready malt and some herbaceous character. Flavour follows suit, with herbaceous notes, grassy hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and punchy, with great clarity. Very well-made hoppy craft lager.
