next to no head. bright golden yellow color. hoppy/vegetable nose. flavour somehwat floral, and hoppy. overall a nice helles.

7-5-7-4-14 Holzfass @ random restaurant in München. Pours clear yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is floral hops with herbal notes and grass, as well as bready malts with grains and honey. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is zesty floral hops with grass and and herbal notes, as well as grainy malts with cereals and heather.

Holzfass at der Pschorr. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is solid sweetish grains, mild noble hops. Taste is the same, great drinkability, a bit bold grainy body. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Great drinkability.

Träfat på Viktualienmarkt München. Gyllene med ett snyggt skum. Överraskande mycket kolsyra. Ganska besk, stor kropp och lite träiga tanniner.

Wooden keg @ Brewpub. Frisk, naturlig blommig och örtig. Hög sötma. Lite för mycket kolsyra.

Wooden Keg @ Der Pschorr, Munich. Pours clear yellow Golden with a White head. Very grainy nose and flavor. Smooth and soft with hardly any carbonation. A touch papery grainy. Clean yet with an industrial feel to it. A bit underwhelming.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht grasig hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Vom Holzfass @ Der Pschorr, Munich. Smooth, creamy and soft with some crispy maltiness, hints of grassy hoppiness and bitterness. Quite crushable.

(Draught at Maximilians, Mitte, Berlin, 27 July 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Clean, crisp and well balanced. Nice one.
