(Draught at Maximilians, Mitte, Berlin, 27 July 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Clean, crisp and well balanced. Nice one.

From Holzfass at Roiderer Wildpark. Lightly spicy hop nose on clear yellow beer with a great head. Delicious, hint of wood, tasty grain with smooth earthy bitterness. The Holzfass makes a big difference.

Tap, Grillstub’n Mittenwald. Light malty aroma. Malty flavor with a touch of orange and boiled milk. Pleasant but forgettable.
